The new big bad in The Vampire Diaries has been revealed.The actor Scott Parks, whose most recent credit includes participation in the Homeland agent team, has been selected to play the elusive Silas, according to the CW confirmed.
Of course, that does not mean we'll see much of him. Fans who have seen the latest episodes of The Vampire Diaries will know that Silas can take any form - a skill that will probably put to good use as the series approaches its season finale on May 16.
