Klaus made his crossover to The Vampire Diaries for the first time since leaving the series at the end of season 4. As part of his farewell - and one of the favorite scenes of all time - Caroline Klaus told Tyler that her boyfriend was free to return to Mystic Falls. Now that Tyler and Caroline have ended their romance, Klaus has returned for another chance, get that silk Caoline love?. The timing of the return of Klaus could coincide with the upcoming 100th episode of The Vampire Diaries, which will air in early 2014. Representatives CW and Warner Bros. TV had no comment.
Before the season, Morgan said he was very happy with the final momentary between the two characters, but was not sure fura permanent.
